Retirement Refresher Meeting
Retirement refresher meetings are for employees 2 to 12 months from their retirement date who have already completed a pre-retirement meeting. At this meeting you will get the following information:
◾an overview of the retirement process and where to begin
◾disbursement of unused paid leave time
◾status of other benefits upon retirement
◾current insurance continuation rates
You may need to take paid leave time if meeting during work hours. Inquire with your supervisor.

If you are less than 2 months from retirement you will need to schedule a final retirement meeting.

If you are more than 12 months from retirement consider attending a St. Louis County Retirement Workshop (announced in the quarterly training catalog on an annual basis).
