Important information related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

All St. Louis County offices will re-open to the public on June 1.  Face masks are not required to be worn inside county buildings, however anyone who is not yet fully vaccinated is encouraged to continue wearing a mask.

Clean, safe, and efficient

The Property Management Department operates and maintains St. Louis County’s public buildings, including the courthouses in Duluth and Virginia which are on the National Register of Historic Sites, the Hibbing Courthouse, the St. Louis County Heritage and Arts Center (The Depot), and numerous other owned facilities. The Department has an operating budget of $9,577,850 for 2021.
