The Property Management Department operates and maintains St. Louis County’s public buildings, including the courthouses in Duluth and Virginia which are on the National Register of Historic Sites, the Hibbing Courthouse, the St. Louis County Heritage and Arts Center (The Depot), as well as numerous other owned facilities. The Property Management team handles the cleaning, maintenance, and improvement projects to ensure timely and proper upkeep of these public properties.
