A Duluth firefighter was found guilty today of Felony Third-Degree Assault of 65-year-old Mary Modec on a western Duluth trail, St. Louis County Attorney Kim Maki said.  

Conrad John Sunde IV, 50, was found guilty by Judge Theresa Neo after Mr. Sunde waived his right to a jury trial in favor of a court trial. The Court will issue its specific findings and a sentencing date will be scheduled.
