BIPOC staff are eligible for peer support!

Employees who identify as Black, Indigenous and/or people of color are welcome to attend, on paid time, bi-monthly peer support meetings where County BIPOC employees meet to talk about (and process) their experiences as BIPOC employees with St. Louis County. The BIPOC peer support group also identifies opportunities for diversity, equity and inclusion improvements within St. Louis County.
