Employee Wellness

The Total Wellness program offers you many ways to become involved. We offer five categories of wellness (prevention, lifestyle, community, financial, programs/events) so that everyone feels they can participate in some way.  Participants can earn up to a $100 Visa loaded gift card when they focus on any or all five categories of wellness throughout each program year. When you enroll you will receive one of the  incentive gifts below, a Total Wellness Program tracking card and Total Wellness Program Guide.   REGISTER and/or LEARN MORE via your internal wellness page (employee access only). Eligible spouses, dependents over the age of 18 and retirees please contact Tiffany Kari, karit@stlouiscountymn.gov for registration access.
