Vaccine eligibility is open to anyone age 12+


The FDA and CDC have approved the Pfizer vaccine for ages 12+. The Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are approved for ages 18+. If you are registering a child ages 12-17, be sure it as a clinic administering the Pfizer vaccine.

We encourage you to contact your healthcare provider/pharmacy, who may have more vaccine appointment options, if needed. You can also find other vaccine appointment options in your area through the State’s vaccine locator.

Links for available vaccination appointments for ages 12+ are posted below. Walk ins are accepted, but there is limited vaccine supply outside of scheduled appointments.
